We sell different grades of syrup, Grade A Light, Amber, and Dark. Grade A light is a lighter syrup with a subtle sweet taste delicious over pancakes, yogurt, tea and coffee. Grade A amber is darker in color and stronger and sweeter in taste. Grade A dark is very suitable for baking and cooking. Think of a delicious syrupy marinade for your spare ribs!
