We sell various grades of syrup ; Category A light , Amber, and Dark. Category A light has a delicate taste delicious in  yogurt , and in your tea and coffee. Category A amber is darker in color and richer in taste, perfect for your pancakes. Category A dark, has a more robust taste and is very suitable for baking and cooking. Think of a delicious syrupy marinade for spare ribs!
